CEO of allNext, Anne Sinet (Sciences Po, DEA in Political Studies) is a specialist in local finances and urban services financing, in France and abroad. She led numerous studies and consulting missions in France and in various developing countries.
She is involved in supervision, assessment and implementation of urban, municipal and housing projects, as well as in institutional and financial matters in strategic studies led in the sector.
She has been contributing to the publication of several reference books.

Victor Chomentowski, co-founder of allNext, is an economist (Masters degree in Economics with a specialization in econometry, and DEA in Planning and Forecasting), expert in public and local finances, in France and at the international level.
In allNext, he is more particularly involved in local finances and decentralization financing.
He contributed to the development of local authorities experience and knowledge exchange networks. He wrote several reference books.

Gérard Le Bihan, co-founder of allNext, is architect and urban-planner (DPLG - Sciences Po). He is involved as consultant for Local Government units and specialized organizations in housing development (urban renewal, social housing, development of new neighborhoods).
He is also consultant for several entities, such as the National Agency of Urban Renovation (ANRU, France) and trainer in France and at the international level.

Lucien Godin - Historic member
Co-founder of allNext, Lucien Godin, architect and urban planner (DPLG ENSBA-Stg), passed away in May 2016. He was in charge of numerous project preparation (Urban Development, Urban Planning, Urban Heritage, Habitat) for governments and donors. All along his career, he has been giving priority to both transfer of knowledge and training.
He intervened in more than fifty developing countries, particularly in the Maghreb region, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia ; he wrote several publications that are now considered as references.
He is the author of various books published by the World Bank, and also he edited educational videos.
